26 Jul 2003, Baghdad, Iraq — During a scorching July day in Iraq, Steve Everitt of the 32 Field Artillery Regiment (L) and Achmed, an Iraqi pool boy and food vendor (R), compete in a diving contest in the late Uday Hussein’s palace pool. The palace has become the headquarters for the Germany-based Artillery Regiment, and as such, many efforts have been made to renovate a morale-booster like the pool.
